About the MPS Mirror
The MPS Mirror (M19) is the mirror part that works in the weft cutter area of the Van de Wiele MPS velvet loom. As a member of the cutter group, it sits on the weft cutting line and works together with the cutter. The standard MPS mirror is the basic version without an extra apparatus; if your loom uses the apparatus type, check the fitted part before ordering.
Scratches, burrs or wear marks on the surface that catch the yarn, or increased weft friction in the cutting area, are reasons to inspect this part. If your loom has the version with apparatus, use the M20 MPS Mirror with Apparatus. Other MPS cutter parts are in the Cutter Group. Keep the cutting area free of yarn dust.
